Concept to Conception

Dream it.

Wave Street Condos began its life as a mere slab of concrete, used as the Cannery Row Antique Mall’s parking lot,

Purchased in 2007, the initial plans were to redesign the Cannery Row Antique Mall as an office building. After the market crash of ‘08, we investigated a subdivision, turning the parking lot into four lots under a condominium plan. In January 2010, the project proposed to rezone and convert the existing 5,158 SF parking lot into four condos.

Build it.

In November 2020, construction broke ground on the four units. Each condo is between 1,340-1,400 SF. Three units are 2-bed and 2-bad. One unit is ADA-compliant and has 3 bedrooms. Each unit is two levels with a shared ground-floor parking garage. The units hit the market in late-2023.

Through 1846, Monterey has the epicenter of culture and government in California. It was home to the most significant port on the West Coast and its abundant fishing industry remained active into the 1950s.

We can still see the remnants of that bygone era in present-day attractions including the Monterey Bay Aquarium, Cannery Row, Fisherman's Wharf, California Roots Music and Arts Festival, and the annual Monterey Jazz Festival.
