Glen Yonekura is the Founder and Managing Principal of Duke Capital Ventures.

Since 2004, Glen has been successfully conducting private placement real estate investment throughout the Western United States, including California, Nevada, Utah, Idaho, Washington, and Texas, and Canada. These end-to-end investment opportunities are for a select, sophisticated investor base composed of affluent individuals and families.

Glen has executed over 200 acquisitions to date. He has developed extensive experience navigating state and federal land-use agencies, political bureaucracies, various commissions and financial institutions critical to real estate development throughout the United States and abroad.

Glen’s background includes multi-tenant industrial, mixed-use, multi-family, high-end residential development, office re-positioning and light industrial in core locations.

Glen attained a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics and Finance from Santa Clara University, an International MBA from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University, and studied International Finance at the University of Durham, England. He has also served on various boards, including the Santa Clara University Board of Fellows.
